I go to Saddleback Church (home to Rick Warren, author of the Purpose Driven Live, among other titles) in Lake Forest, California and one of our pastors spoke this past weekend on The Promise of a New Year. Tom Holladay encouraged us to google "Promises of God" and your site was the first to come up. I've been blessed by two particular promises, about waiting (for my finacee and me about moving) and mental disturbance (for my dad who suffers from bi-polar disorder). I'm going to be searching out different translations of the verses you've used and begin to memorize them. Thank you so much for your website!
